LOCAL AND DOMESTIC ORDERS:

  • Standard shipping on local and domestic orders requires 2-3 weeks for processing and shipping.
  • Ready to ship items will be dispatched within 1-3 days.
  • As part of our commitment to eco-friendliness, many of our products are made to order, minimizing fabric waste.

INTERNATIONAL ORDERS:

  • International orders are shipped within 2 weeks and may take up to 12 business days for delivery post order processing.
  • Upon shipping, you'll receive a confirmation email with USPS tracking information.

DELIVERY RESPONSIBILITY:

  • We entrust the delivery responsibility to USPS once packages are dropped off. For any issues, please contact your local USPS customer service.

PACKAGE SECURITY:

  • Verify and ensure the accuracy of your shipping address during the order. We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages.
  • Items in transit are beyond our control and should be addressed with the shipping provider (USPS).

RETURNED PACKAGES:

  • If USPS returns your order due to any circumstances, you are financially responsible for additional shipping costs.

ADDRESS CHANGES:

  • Shipping addresses cannot be modified after the order is placed. Shipments will proceed to the originally entered address.

ORDER MODIFICATIONS AND CANCELLATIONS:

  • Once processed, orders cannot be canceled or modified.

TRACKING YOUR ORDER:

  • Upon shipment, an email containing tracking information will be sent to you.

EXCHANGE POLICY:

  • All sales are final. Refunds or exchanges are only applicable in case of shipping errors.
  • Due to limited product availability, we cannot process exchanges for incorrect sizes. Please refer to our sizing chart.

RETURN POLICY:

  • No returns or exchanges; all sales are final.
  • For damaged or irregular orders, contact us at eclipse.arc1@gmail.com within 5 business days of receiving your order, and we'll replace it for you.
